This 24-hour course is the initial EM 385-1-1 certification for supervisors, managers, and crew leaders working on USACE or other federal government job sites. Topics include worksite management, Accident Prevention Plans (APP), Activity Hazard Analysis (AHA), PPE selection, fall protection, safe access and ladder use, excavation and trenching protection, material handling and storage, and hand and power tool safety, all based on the current EM 385-1-1 manual.
