This is a 4 hour course that will introduce you to OSHA/DOSH regulations and the Department of Labor & Industries requirements for contractors. You will also gain knowledge in the General Duty Clause and STUTE vs. PMBC (better known at the STUTE Decision). Whether you are a sole proprietor or have several employees, this class is for you. It will give you basic understanding of the complicated L&I contracting world.
