New Hire Orientations
Introducing new hires on to your company is a task. There are things every employee needs to know, and many details and trainings to be done. With our safety professionals at hand, we do the process for you. Whether it’s going over trainings necessary for the job to be done or helping your new employee(s) to understand the job clarification and details at hand, we are there for you.
Sexual Harassment
By the end of this session, participants will be able to explain the concepts of equal employment opportunity and protected classifications in the workplace. They will gain an understanding of key laws, including the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (and 1991), the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), and the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA). Additionally, participants will be able to define illegal discrimination, recognize when it occurs, and identify the two types of sexual harassment—“quid pro quo” and “hostile environment harassment.” They will also learn how to recognize illegal harassment and implement best practices to prevent discrimination and harassment in the workplace.
Drug Awareness
This topic goes over the legalization in Washington state, and the rights of employees and employers on drug-based activity in the workplace. During this training, we go over Initiative 502, as well as referring to the employers right to set their own private drug policy for the workplace including the “Zero Tolerance” and “Impairment Based” policies.

During these training courses, participants are introduced to workplace policies, safety procedures, and company expectations to ensure a respectful and compliant work environment. The training covers sexual harassment prevention, drug and alcohol policies, employee rights, and reporting procedures, equipping new hires with the knowledge to maintain a safe and professional workplace.
